Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he joined in 2007. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is passionate about helping the next generation to become biblical counselors. He sits on the Board Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
